(PRODUCT DATA) IPF-4505
IPF-4505 is a thermoformable HDPE, static
dissipative packaging film, designed for the "Mechanical and ESD"
protection of heavier electronic components. When used in conjunction with a
box it offers equal or greater protection than the "foam and box"
systems presently being used. Thermoformed parts are stackable, greatly
reducing warehouse, shipping cost, and reduces waste to landfill sites. IPF
certifies with every order that the product meets or exceeds the EIA-541,
EOS/ESD S.11.11 and MIL-B-81705-C requirements for surface resistivity and
static decay at 12% relative humidity. The material is available in thicknesses
of 20 to 100 mil and in a variety of colours.
