PRODUCT DATA INFORMATION SHEET: (PRODUCT DATA) IPF-5005-V-ESD IPF-5005-V is a crystal clear thermoformable vinyl base sheet used in the manufacturing of formed trays, lids and clamshell containers for the protection of static sensitive electronic components. Integrated Packaging Films, Inc., certifies with every order, that IPF-5005-V meets or exceeds the EIA-541, BELLCORE GR-1421-CORE, ESO/ESD S.11.11 and MIL-B-81705-C requirements for surface resistivity and static decay at 12% relative humidity. The material is available in thicknesses of 10 to 40 mils. This product is non-humidity dependant and offers extended shelf life.
