IPF-8505 is a
permanently Static Dissipative, thermoforming grade film base on PETG
copolyester material. This inherently dissipative material is engineered for
clean room environments where cleanliness and low outgassing are required.
IPF-8505 is completely washable and reusable and because of it's high tensile
strength, rigidity and impact strength, it offers excellent mechanical barrier.
IPF-8505 can be thermoformed into clamshells, tote trays and other carrying
trays used in the protection of ESD sensitive electronic components. IPF-8505
is 100% recyclable and can be re-extruded into new products without losing
mechanical or electrical properties.
